I am a man whose life is a tale of adventure and perseverance, I was born on April 16, 1970 in the picturesque Hauts-de-France region. It was there, among the green valleys and historic cities, that I devoted my youth to the acquisition of knowledge and high-level sporting excellence, distinguishing myself in both areas. But my tirelessly curious mind that pushed me to move away from the beaten track, in search of knowledge and experiences beyond the borders of my native land.
The world, vast and diverse, has become my playground and my classroom. Traveling across 5 continents for 8 years, I have embraced the richness of cultures, learning the subtleties of relationships, the nuances of communication, the art of persuasion and the power of motivation. These skills I have acquired not in the isolation of a classroom, but in the living laboratory that is the world itself, thus affirming the old adage: "Travel broadens the mind", skills that I consider to be the pillars of all success.
In January 1996, I settled on the enchanting island of Martinique, a place that would become the setting for my next big business. Six years later, in June 2002, with the complicity and support of my wife and partner Blandine, a companion as determined and visionary as I was. We understood the interest and power that the Internet would bring. That's why we acquired big domain names like fiscalescalisation.com, immobilier.net,emprunt.com, gestion-locative.com which led us to found the AFDI Group (Agence Française De l'Immobilier) a company that would reflect its commitment to excellence and its love for the different areas of real estate. The success of this company was such that we opened several agencies in France, the Caribbean, Polynesia and the Indian Ocean with partnerships in Switzerland, Florida and Canada.
Self-taught, I have sculpted my expertise through a rich mix of personal and professional experiences. I have learned to navigate the sometimes tumultuous waters of commerce and have mastered the art of real estate, a field where insight and vision are essential. In the crucible of these personal and professional experiences, I have forged an exceptional know-how, developing a pronounced taste for commerce and a thorough mastery of the real estate sector.
Today, after a quarter of a century of immersion in the meanders of real estate, we had the opportunity to sell our real estate agencies, which allowed us to reinvent ourselves in the arena of coaching.
